Lamar Jackson is one of those guys that people either love or hate.
His style is extremely polarizing, and while some consider him elite, others aren’t as fond of the Ravens superstar. One current NFL defensive coordinator shared his harsh opinion about the signal-caller in an article from Mike Sando of The Athletic, saying that Jackson will never be “a one” as a quarterback.
See what a current NFL Defensive coordinator had to say about Lamar being a top QB.
holy shit!! what a truly ignorant quote on Lamar Jackson from a current NFL DC pic.twitter.com/CnZxJ72SiC

Jackson has shown he can be quite effective as both a thrower and a runner at the NFL level, which makes the defensive coordinator’s opinion one that many might not agree with.
There’s also the fact that he wins. Facts. Lamar Jackson has a record of 37-12 as a starter in his career.
Now tell me that’s not impressive.
in 2021, despite the Ravens being the #1 most injured team in the NFL, Lamar had Baltimore the #1 seed in the AFC in December
he was the #1 best PASSER outside the numbers
then he injured his ankle, missed the season, and the Ravens lost every single game without him (0-5)
