Baker Mayfield’s Wife Opens Up About The Abrupt Cleveland Exit

Baker Mayfield and his wife Emily, are moving on from the entire Cleveland Browns experience.

This week, Emily Mayfield did an “ask me anything” on Instagram, where her followers flooded her with a plethora of questions and thoughts.

She was of course asked about the Cleveland Browns. But perhaps surprisingly, she didn’t have anything bad to say about the organization.

“End of the day, it’s a business! Baker and I are so thankful for our 4 years there!” she wrote.

Baker Mayfield was traded to the Carolina Panthers right before Training Camp, where he’s currently stuck in a quarterback competition with Sam Darnold.

The Panthers are set to match up with the Browns for open the NFL regular season, which could serve as a “redemption game” for the fiery QB.

Luckily for all parties, though, Baker and Emily Mayfield are happily moving on from Cleveland.
