Joe Burrow’s Cigar Smoking Ritual: How The Bengals QB Started His Celebratory Tradition

Joe Burrow has become one of the best “winners” of our generations. From his days at LSU to now playing in the Super Bowl with the Bengals, the superstar has asserted himself as one of the most cold-blooded killers in all of major sports.

And after any big win, Burrow has made a tradition out of smoking a cigar in the locker room.

While Joe Burrow was first seen smoking a cigar in the locker room to celebrate, it has actually been reported by Cincinnati.com that it’s running back Joe Mixon who buys the cigars for the Bengals locker room after big wins.

Mixon’s stogie of choice is a cheap $9 Drew Estate Tabak Especial flavored cigar, which is handmade in Nicaragua and is coffee-flavored with a bit of sweetness

What Cigar Does Joe Burrow Smoke?

While Joe Mixon has made his cigar of choice well-known to people who spend time around the Bengals, it appears that Joe Burrow isn’t as picky.

When the star QB won the National Championship with LSU, he was seen smoking a cigar custom made by La Aurora for NBA legend Karl Malone.

But when the Bengals clinched the AFC North earlier in the season, Joe Burrow smoke a La Flor Dominicana Mysterio cigar when engaging in a celebration with his teammates.

At the end of the day, it seems like Burrow has a few cigars that he prefers, but he doesn’t really mind switching it up for his celebrations.

Most of the NFL world are certainly hoping Joe Burrow pulls off the Super Bowl upset Sunday, and we see him in the locker room with a cigar, once again.
