A Cincinnati area bar owner must be pretty happy with himself following a very public feud with NBA star LeBron James. Jay Linneman, the owner of Linnie’s Pub in Delhi Township, publicly announced that he would air no NBA games on the television until James was “expelled” from the league.
James responded the next day on Twitter.
“Aww Damn,” James tweeted Saturday. “I was headed there to watch our game tonight and have a drink! Welp.”

More than one person on Twitter called out the hypocrisy of the Bar Owner’s message:
Suffering from an acute case of hypocrite-itis, the owner of Linne's Pub in Delhi Township, Ohio, gives his opinion on something outside his job description, saying he thinks athletes shouldn’t give opinions on things outside their job description. https://t.co/eCSKGZFGRa

“I hope people channel the support to law enforcement and not necessarily to Linnie’s Pub,” he said.
Well it looks like his speaking out has paid off for now.
Once the novelty of Linnies wears off, I’m pretty sure the business will return to its complete and total anonymity.
