Sammy Watkins Throws Shade at Cleveland Browns Ahead Of Playoff Matchup

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Sammy Watkins did his best JuJu Smith-Schuster impersonation, and gave the Cleveland Browns some added motivation before their playoff game this weekend. At first, Watkins admitted that he was shocked with how the Browns were manhandling the Pittsburgh Steelers in their wild card round victory last night.

“This is a video game WTH is going on this is weird I’m speechless pretty sure the whole world is shocked bc I never seen anything like this in my life not in the NFL!” Sammy Watkins wrote on his Twitter.

When a fan insinuated that the Cleveland Browns could pose a threat to the Super Bowl Championship repeat hopes of the Kansas City Chiefs, Watkins shut it down.

It might be a good idea to stop triggering the Cleveland Browns. All season, they’ve played with a chip on their shoulders, and it looks like the team is peaking at the right time. However, the Kansas City Chiefs are a big step up from the Pittsburgh Steelers. For the Browns to pull off the upset against the Chiefs, they’ll need to play a perfect game of football.

Right now, the Chiefs are a 10-point favorite over the Browns. We’ll see if Sammy Watkins’ comments add a little more fuel to the Browns fire.
