Barry Bonds Shows Off his Dog at Westminster

For those of you who think Barry Bonds is a dog, guess what, you’re kind of right. Major League Baseball’s all-time home run leader made his presence felt on Sunday at the 2021 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show to cheer on his miniature schnauzer Rocky.

Barry even gave an interview about his dog:

“I’m just proud that he’s here,” Bonds said. “I’m not expecting anything, I’m not looking out, I’m not nervous. I’m just proud he did a great job and he qualified to get here.”

When Rocky took the field, the controversial slugger looked like an excited parent.

Bonds’ dog didn’t win the ultimate prize, but he did finish strong. Rocky received Select Dog honors in the miniature schnauzer group.
