Kyrie Irving Tried to “Michael Scott Paper Company” the NBA with a New League

Kyrie Irving has officially lost it per a tweet by Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News.

In a recent chat group with Nets players, Kyrie Irving lobbied for skipping the bubble, the Daily News has learned. In that chat, he also proposed that the players can start their own league, according to a source. https://t.co/SqC0wcccPJ

2020. The year Kyrie Irving tried to “Michael Scott Paper Company” the NBA. What a time to be alive. What’s he gonna do? Take his league to fucking Jacksonville? Important question. You know at least two players on the Nets are down with this idea so who on the Nets is Pam and who on the Nets is Ryan?

You know KD is jumping ship if given the chance so he’s Pam, and I’ll put the betting odds on Wilson Chandler to be Ryan. I’m split between the league being called the “Kyrie Irving Paper Company League” or the “Earth is Flat League,” but I would lean towards the KIPCL because that has a nice ring.

I can only imagine how the introduction of this new league went down. I’m thinking it was something like when Patrick suggested they move Bikini Bottom and push it somewhere else in the “Alaskan Bull Worm” episode:

Kyrie telling other players they should start their own league is not new. He’s talked to teammates about it this season. Based on what I was told KD was not as enthusiastic.
