Terrible news came out today regarding NBA superstar Klay Thompson. He will miss the entire season with a torn achilles. Klay was playing pickup basketball in California yesterday when the injury occurred.

Klay Thompson is one of the best pure shooters in NBA history he is also one of the greatest two-way players we have in our game today. There is no doubt that the NBA took a hit with the Klay Thompson news today. When Klay’s career is over, I’d expect him to have a place in the Hall-Of-Fame. He’s that special.

I’m also expecting Klay Thompson to come back from this. Klay is 31-years old. He’ll miss the 2021 season, but I’m betting that he already has his sights set on coming back even stronger for the 2021-2022 season. That’s how he is built.

This will be a big hit for the Warriors’ title hopes for next season. They were expecting to get a healthy Steph and Klay back, and were poised to be a favorite to win the championship. Now, things will get a lot harder. I’m not sure the Warriors can survive life without their shooting guard.
