Joe Burrow Was Ripped For ‘Distasteful’ Joke About His Diamond Necklace

Joe Burrow, they’re coming for you.

The Cincinnati Bengals Quarterback played up to his four-year, $36 million contract this season, and he threw for 250 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday to lead his team into the Super Bowl against the Los Angeles Rams.

Burrow wore a blinged out necklace with his initials and a Nike swoosh hanging from it. Asked if the diamonds on his chain were real, her replied, “They’re definitely real … I make too much money to have fake ones.”

Not everyone on Twitter loved the former Heisman Trophy winner’s swagger. “Eww,” one person wrote. “Distasteful,” commented another.
