James Harden Reportedly Threw a Basketball at Rookie Jae’Sean Tate

The James Harden drama is heating up. The NBA season tips off tonight, and things in Houston are getting messy. The Rockets still haven’t found a trade partner for James Harden. In the meantime, things have been pretty testy at Rockets practice. Harden reportedly is having multiple altercations at Rockets practice.

He even threw a ball at a teammate.

Rockets players' early signs of tension in recent days included James Harden throwing a basketball at a rookie, setting the stage for Houston to tip off the season on Wednesday.

Clearly Harden is trying to force their hand, and will do whatever is necessary in order to  get the hell out of Houston. Even if that means causing problems at practice.

Harden has two more guaranteed seasons remaining on his current contract with the Rockets.
