Golden Tate Might Want Out Of New York After Being Punished For Touchdown Celebration

Golden Tate isn’t happy. He isn’t happy with his usage in the New York Giants offense. He’s not happy with the way he’s being treated. Now, it appears the veteran receiver might want out.

Here was Golden Tate’s celebration during the Giants loss to the Bucs on Monday Night.

“Throw me the damn ball,” Tate says to the camera.

Golden Tate’s wife even sounded off on Instagram after the TD.

Tate didn’t stop there, either. He took to Twitter, and “liked” a post asking for him to be released.

Giants head coach Joe Judge tried to put ice on the story.

“I spoke to Golden at length today and we’re dealing internally with a lot of things,” Judge said. “We have a walk-through today. He is not going to be at the walk-through today but he will be back in the building and practicing with us the remainder of the week. It will be business as usual.”

It certainly seems like the Giants and Golden tate could be headed for an ugly divorce. We’ll see how all of this plays out.
