Alabama’s Latest Move Had Everyone Saying The Same Thing About Arch Manning

Is Alabama out of the running for prized 2023 QB prospect Arch Manning?

Just recently, it was announced that three colleges had asserted themselves as the front-runners in Manning’s recruitment: Texas, Alabama and Georgia.

But on Tuesday, it appears that Nick Saban found his quarterback of the future when four star recruit Eli Holstein announced on his Twitter page that he was committing to Bama.

Shortly after the news dropped, many fans deemed that the Arch Manning sweepstakes were now down to just two teams.

Despite the general assumption that Arch Manning will now take his talents to either Texas or Georgia, it’s being reported that the prospect still plans to take a recruiting trip to Tuscaloosa — as previously planned.

Last week, the high school senior revealed that he had not made his decision yet, and wasn’t particularly close.

“I really have no idea right now,” Manning said during a recent interview with DawgNation. “I kind of have narrowed it down a little bit. I don’t have a timeline or anything like that. I’m just kind of focusing on spring football right now.”

For now, Arch Manning is focused on bringing his high school team home a state title before starting the rest of his life.
