Patrick Mahomes Wife Brittany Was Live Tweeting During Thursday Night Football Complaining About Refs

Brittany Mahomes was back at it.

Brittany Mahomes is not your typical NFL wife, she really likes to get involved in her husband’s work. Of course she does not like to see her man take big hits. On Thursday Night Football against the Los Angeles Chargers, Patrick Mahomes took a big hit in the game that had him limping when Chargers star Joey Bosa when low for a tackle. A flag was called on the play, but not on Bosa, instead it was on the Chiefs for holding.  The officials did agree that Bosa hit Mahomes. But the call went against the Chiefs, because officials ruled KC offensive lineman Andrew Wylie had pulled Bosa into Mahomes.

The wife of Patrick Mahomes took to Twitter and had a sarcastic response to that play:

“Guess we can hit QBs like that now,” Brittany said in a sarcastic tweet.

She wasn’t the only one who thought it was a dirty play, former Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill weighed in:

However, former Chiefs offensive lineman Mitchell Schwartz thought the officials got it right.

Lawrence Tynes, the former Chiefs kicker, called it a dirty hit on Bosa, writing that the Chargers star “launches” at Mahomes in the play. “Dirty as it gets,” wrote Tynes, who played for the Chiefs from 2004-06.
