There Was Absolutely No Hug/Daps Between LeBron and Kyrie, Just Some Trash Talk

There’s definitely no love lost between Brooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving and Lakers superstar LeBron James. The former teammates are no longer on speaking terms, at least on the court.  The two battled it out in their first meeting with Kyrie on the Nets. Prior to tip off, all eyes were on Kyrie to see if he and LeBron would say hello.

They never did.

However there was a bit of trash talk.  Kyrie Irving had something to say about LeBron James’ free-throw shooting after the Los Angeles Lakers star missed a technical early in the loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday night.

“That’s your best free throw shooter?” he was heard saying, thanks to the TNT mics on the court at the Staples Center.

You would think teammates who won a title together would still be boys, but nope.

Something went down between these two.

Let’s hope these two meet up in the NBA Finals. That would be must watch.
