Lions’ Frank Ragnow Played Through a ‘Fractured Throat’

NFL players play through injuries. Some injuries are worse than others,  but at some point, a football player plays even though he probably shouldn’t be playing.  Now let’s talk about Lions offensive lineman Frank Ragnow, who played with what is being reported as a fractured throat. According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, Ragnow suffered a fractured throat against the Green Bay Packers this past Sunday.

Not only did he play with a fractured throat, he played great.

O-lineman have one of the most underappreciated job in  sports. There’s absolutely nothing sexy about being an O-lineman.  But these dudes are the unsung heroes on a football team.

Props to Ragnow for being one tough Son of a B.
