LeBron James Hilariously Reacts To Kyle Kuzma Getting Paid

The Los Angeles Lakers and forward Kyle Kuzma have agreed on a three-year, $40 million contract extension. Alas, the Kuzma jokes are over and he finally got paid. LeBron James was quick to notice the announcement and took to Twitter for a hilarious reaction.

Kyle Kuzma has been an ongoing topic around the Lakers organization ever since the playoffs. His performances in Orlando were subpar and had Lakers fans everywhere calling for him to be traded. LeBron James engaged in some back and forth with Richard Jefferson in a recent episode of the show Road Trippin’.  James gave a shout-out to the Lakers who helped win a championship but had since departed from the team.

“I gotta give a shout-out to Danny Green, Rajon Rondo, Dwight Howard, JaVale McGee, and Quinn Cook,” James said.

Jefferson was quick to add, “Kuzma.”

LeBron told him repeatedly to shut up in an attempt to contain his laughter.

However, now that Kyle Kuzma has been extended the jokes have come to a close. Sort of. LeBron is calling for Kyle Kuzma to pay for the next wine and dine with his newly acquired bag. The laughing emojis suggest that LeBron is joking, but you never know. The NBA is a fraternity like no other.

Kyle Kuzma will most definitely play third fiddle to LeBron James and Anthony Davis. And with the newly signed Montrez Harrell, it is uncertain how Kuzma’s role will be affected. Regardless, it appears that LeBron is happy his teammate finally got paid.
