LeBron James Had A gift For Devin Booker After Suns Eliminate Lakers

LeBron James became the latest veteran NBA player to send a young, exciting player to the next round with a parting gift after his team was eliminated by Devin Booker and the Suns on Thursday.

First, we saw Derrick Rose send a message to Trae Young on a signed jersey after the Hawks eliminated the Knicks from the postseason.

After the Suns eliminated the Lakers in six games on Thursday night, LeBron James had a similar gesture for superstar Devin Booker.

LeBron signed a jersey for Booker with a simple message that read, “continue to be great”.

Devin Booker was electric all throughout the Lakers series, but he saved his best game for last. In the elimination game on Thursday, Booker went off for 47 points and 11 rebounds.

The Suns will face off with the Denver Nuggets — who finished off the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday. That series is set to begin on Monday night.

As for LeBron James … he’ll have a long offseason to think about how he’s going to get his team to championship level next year.
