From foregoing finishing his high school career, which resulted in losing his eligibility to play in college, Ball’s journey to being drafted No. 3 overall has been unorthodox to say the least. Ball discussed his journey and growing stardom including his decision to skip school to play professionally with GQ.

Though LaMelo’s path isn’t for everyone, just like school may not be, for LaMelo school clearly never entered his mind.
His father definitely didn’t place any priorities on learning.
