Josh Norman Finally Comments On Getting Destroyed By Derrick Henry

Josh Norman and the Buffalo Bills had a season to remember. However, there was one play that Norman would rather forget. During their game against the Tennessee Titans, power running back Derrick Henry threw Josh Norman aside like a rag doll in what was one of the most memorable plays of the 2020 season.

Derrick Henry and the Titans would go on to beat Josh Norman’s Bills 42-16 in that game, and Henry was the main catalyst. While Norman has remained mum on the whole play, he’s finally opening up now.

Josh Norman went on ‘The Rush with Jared Quay’ and talked about his mindset in regards to getting stiff armed by Derrick Henry.

“I’m not shying away from no one. I want to make that very clear, very, very clear,” Norman said. “That’s just the type of entertainment (fans) want to see. But to actually go out there and do that? Man, they going to scurry and tuck they tail and go hide somewhere. They ain’t trying to do that.”

Josh Norman probably has a point here. Derrick Henry had all the momentum, and had Norman moving sideways. Even to attempt to make a play on the monster running back was impressive in its own right. Most guys would probably just run Henry out of bounds there.

Josh Norman isn’t interested in making “business decisions”…even if that means Derrick Henry turns him into a meme.
