Bengals QB Joe Burrow tore his ACL and MCL and suffered other structural issues in his left knee back in week 11 last season. It marked the end to a very good rookie season. Former NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson claimed that he could help Burrow avoid further injuries by following his regimen. Chad said Burrow needs to follow his 6-month meal prep plan.
