Fans Are Rightfully Livid That Wisconsin Didn’t Dump Mayonaise On Their Head Coach After Winning The Duke’s Mayo Bowl

There was a lot of anticipation that whoever won the Mayo Bowl would somehow find a way to douse their head coach with actual mayo instead of the usual gatorade or water bath. Unfortunately, the mayo bath did not happen. After Wisconsin routed Wake Forest in the Mayo Bowl, they were lame and went with the usual water bath for head coach Paul Chryst.

Fans everywhere were very upset that they didn’t get the mayo bath they deserved.

I’m not gonna lie, I joined the vast majority of people who watched the Duke’s Mayo Bowl for the sole purpose of wishing there would be a mayo bath at the end of the game. It only makes sense. In the Cheez-It Bowl get get a Cheez-It bath, why wouldn’t we get a mayo bath in the Mayo Bowl?

It was absolute BS, and I think that fans all around the world deserve better. If we’re going to be sitting here and watching a scrappy bowl game between two .500 college football teams, there has to be some sort of intrigue to keep us in it. A mayo bath would have made things interesting, made things fun.

To make matters worse, Paul Chryst didn’t even get a Gatorade shower, it was just water. Just a complete flop.

I expect better from the Duke’s Mayo Bowl next year.
