Brett Brown Trending Following 76ers Epic Collapse In Game Five

Philly fans are in such a dark place, that they’re thinking about former coach Brett Brown.

For the second straight game, the Philadelphia 76ers completely collapsed at the end of the game, allowing the Atlanta Hawks to come out of no where to steal Game Five.

The Sixers went completely cold once again, and Atlanta went on an insane 15-2 run (the 2 points Philly scored came from a garbage time shot at the buzzer) and the boos reigned down on a dejected 76ers squad as they went back to the locker room with the 3-2 deficit in the series.

After the game ended, Brett Brown was trending on Twitter, as fans are now completely turning on Doc Rivers.

It seems like 76ers fans are starting to come to the realization that even after a successful regular season, they might not be better off with Doc Rivers over Brett Brown.

It’s also possible that the Joel Embiid-Ben Simmons dynamic is never going to produce the results that’s expected out of them in the playoffs.

If the Atlanta Hawks go on to close out this series against the 76ers, it’s time for Philly to consider some serious changes in the offseason.

It also might be time to give an apology to Brett Brown…
