Aaron Rodgers Reportedly Looking to Be Highest Paid Player in the NFL, His Asking Price Revealed

Aaron Rodgers wants that money.

The Green Bay Packers Quarterback has let it be known he expects to make his decision soon. Rodgers has a few options, one he plays for Green Bay, the other he wants to play somewhere else, and in a worse case scenario, he retires from football.

Now it appears Rodgers and his back to back MVP’s would like a raise.

According to ESPN’s Dianna Russini, Aaron Rodgers wants to be the “highest paid player in the NFL, by a wide margin.” Rodgers is reportedly looking to make around $50 million a year.

Compared to how much other average to below average QB’s make, Rodgers is probably worth $50 million a year. You have to remember it’s all relative, these NFL teams are worth billions.

Paying someone like Rodgers guarantees you success, and definitely a ton of attention and eyeballs.

Maybe Rodgers is putting this out there to force a trade?
