Russell Westbrook Mystery Woman Has Been Identified

Mystery solved.

Russell Westbrook officially opted into the final, $47 million year of his current contract. But it still sounds like the Los Angeles Lakers have not yet fully resigned themselves to the idea that he’ll be on their roster next season. But they’re probably as close as they’ve ever been to fully accepting that Westbrook is here to stay.

Russ was recently caught standing next to a mystery woman at the Lakers practice facility when they made the announcement of Darvin Ham as their next head coach. Westbrook was seen smiling next to the lady,  and everyone was curious who she was.

Now thanks to one of our tipsters, she’s been identified.

The woman in question works for the Lakers. Her name is Desireé LeSassier. Not sure what relationship she  has with Russ but it definitely looks like they are pretty friendly.

The Lakers front office is looking good these days…
