Terry Bradshaw Doubles Down On His Take That Aaron Rodgers Is Soft For Wanting Out Of Green Bay

Back in Terry Bradshaw’s day, things were different.

When Bradshaw was playing quarterback for the Steelers in the 1970s, players didn’t ask for trades, or worry about who their teams were drafting. They showed up, worked hard, and played ball.

Like it or not, it’s a different world out there today. Star players want a say in their teams’ personnel decisions, and take offense when they feel slighted by their organization. It’s no surprise that Terry Bradshaw doesn’t get Aaron Rodgers’ feelings towards the Green Bay Packers organization, but he didn’t have to bash him, either.

Terry Bradshaw didn’t stop there, either. The outspoken FOX analyst went on “The Herd” With Colin Cowherd today, and continued his assault on the Packers quarterback.

“I do believe that while Aaron Rodgers is a phenomenal player, he has probably the worst footwork I’ve ever seen for a starting QB,” Bradshaw said. “He’s coddled too much. He has no right to want to get the GM fired.”

I feel like Terry Bradshaw knows about as much of what’s going on behind the scenes in Green Bay as the rest of us. He comes out like an old man shaking his fists at the TV with his take on Aaron Rodgers, and I think he should re-consider before he opens his mouth.

I have all the respect in the world for Terry Bradshaw as one of the elite QBs of all-time (and even think he’s kind of funny on the FOX pregame show). But he has to understand that sports just isn’t the same as it used to be. Now, organizations are expected to take care of their star players, and Green Bay has not done that with Aaron Rodgers.
