Russell Wilson Posts Workout Hype Video Amid Speculation That He’s Staying In Seattle

It seems like the Russell Wilson trade rumors are starting to settle down.

After it was reported that Wilson was unhappy with Pete Carroll and the Seahawks, his agent offered four teams that Russ would waive his no trade clause for. Apparently, Russell Wilson would’ve gone to the Bears, Cowboys, Saints or Raiders.

The Bears have now signed Andy Dalton, the Cowboys extended Dak, the Saints signed Jameis back and the Raiders appear committed to Derek Carr. It simply seems like the Seahawks were unwilling to deal Russell Wilson when push came to shove.

While the rest of us have been clamoring for any Russell Wilson updates all offseason, it looks like he’s been hard at work preparing for the 2021 season.

Late Tuesday night, Wilson posted a video on his Twitter of him busting it in the gym, with a ‘Bane’ theme to it.

So, it looks like a foregone conclusion that Russell Wilson will begin next season with the Seahawks. By the looks of it, he’ll be as motivated as ever, too.

I know I wouldn’t bet against a pissed off Russell Wilson next season.

The Seattle Seahawks would be crazy to trade him.
