Report: Mac Jones Has an Attitude Problem Amid Potential QB Controversy Arising

There’s a Mac attack taking place in New England.

It’s been a crazy few weeks of Mac Jones reports, and now there is a new report that Mac Jones has an attitude problem. There is reportedly quiet friction between him and the New England Patriots. Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer and the Boston Globe’s Ben Volin both reported on it, and it became a talking point, are the Patriots going to let Mac Jones continue to be the starter.

It persisted into Wednesday morning, largely thanks to Volin, who appeared on Boston radio to throw out that Mac Jones has attitude problems and “everyone in the building knows it.”

Listen to the report below:

Of course this has all been exacerbated with Bailey Zappe looking good, if not better than Mac Jones. One report suggested that they are using Zappe to teach Mac Jones a lesson.

Mac Jones beat out a not in his prime Cam Newton for a starting gig last year, but now it appears he has some real competition in Zappe. It wouldn’t be the craziest thing in the world for Mac to get a big head after being crowned as the next franchise QB following Tom Brady.

Oftentimes when it comes to inside reporting, where there’s smoke there’s always fire. We’ll see what report comes out next but it feels like Mac Jones is now on a short leash.
