Patrick Mahomes Is Going To Be A Girl Dad

Matthews shared the video on Instagram today, announcing the couple would be having a baby girl. The video features two other members of the Mahomes household: their two Pitbulls Steel and Silver. Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mattews also sported matching jackets that read “baby momma” and “baby daddy” on the back. It’s pretty funny, too, because that’s technically what they are to each other right now. But clearly, it was just a light-hearted joke as the two are currently engaged to be married.

Chiefs fans have had the luxury of watching Patrick Mahomes grow as a quarterback for the past few years. And boy has he. Mahomes is in Kansas City for the long haul with his new contract, so fans will now get to watch him grow as a father. With a contract as long as Mahomes’, you never know what could happen. He and Brittany could decide to go Philip Rivers and pop out a bunch more. But for now, let’s let Patrick and Brittany be happy with the one they are expecting. Being a girl dad is special.
