The Type of Women LaVar Ball Thinks NBA Draft Prospects Meet

LaVar Ball, father of NBA draft prospect LaMelo Ball, once said that in his heyday he “would kill” Michael Jordan one-on-one. And later said his oldest son, Lonzo, was better than Stephen Curry, a two-time NBA MVP, when Lonzo was still a freshman at UCLA.

Long before even enrolling them at Spire Institute, LaVar predicted all three of his sons, Lonzo, LiAngelo and LaMelo,  would be playing for the Los Angeles Lakers in 2020. They weren’t. Although, LaMelo Ball is forecast by most outlets to be the first pick in this week’s NBA Draft.
