Cleveland Indians Outfielder Eddie Rosario Trending After Brutal Base-Running Blunder

Cleveland Indians outfielder Eddie Rosario won’t want to see this replay.

In the sixth inning of a 1-1 game against the Twins, Rosario stole second base. He beat the throw, and the ball trickled into center field. Rosario took a couple steps towards third base, but quickly thought better of it when he saw the Twins had backed up the throw pretty well. However, he took his sweet time retreating back to second base, and was tagged out.

Check out the awful mistake by Eddie Rosario:

Social media had some reactions to the Eddie Rosario mental gaffe.

Luckily for Eddie Rosario, he got his redemption. Later in the game, the Twins intentionally walked Jose Ramirez to get to him, and he pulled through with the game-winning hit.

All is well that ends well for Eddie Rosario. Next time, just get back to the base in timely fashion.
