Kawhi Leonard’s Recruiting Text to Serge Ibaka Going Viral

NBA superstar Kawhi Leonard is a man of few words. And when he does say something, it’s always borderline different. When Serge Ibaka decided to sign with Leonard’s Los Angeles Clippers, he spoke to his former teammate about joining the new squad. Kawhi texted Serge, and as Serge explains it, it was very much something Kawhi Leonard would text.

“He texted me, ‘Hey, what’s up?'” Ibaka said. “I said, ‘What’s up, bro?’ A moment later: ‘Bro, are you coming or no?’ Just picture Kawhi and his voice … it was funny.”
