Not quite what you want to hear if you are a Green Bay Packers fan after the off-season roller coaster you were put through. The Packers and former hall-of-fame QB Aaron Rodgers were able to come to an agreement this off-season on a two-year extension with the team during training camp, which lead to many analysts to suggest that Rodgers will be playing his final season with the Packers in 2021 and will be traded in the off-season.

No doubt most Packers fans were happy to see their QB under center in week 1 for the first play of the game, but that’s where the smiles ended. The team was routed 38-3 by the New Orleans Saints, in a game that was played in Jacksonville, Florida because of hurricane Ida.

While the whole team was to blame, Rodgers impressed no one by completing 15/28 passes for 113 yards and 2 interceptions.

In a recent interview with TMZ Sports, the former Packers TE Jermichael Finley suggested that the Packers should turn to Jordan Love by week 4 if the struggles continue with Rodgers.

Finley added that Rodgers looked “tired” and he bets that the QB doesn’t even want to play football anymore. Those are some fighting words from the man who lasted just 6 seasons in the NFL.

The former TE said that he doesn’t believe that the Packers are going to have a good year.
