Houston Rockets guard James Harden has caused a lot of turmoil for the team this season. He created a huge buzz when he went public with his trade request after being blown out by the Lakers last night.
“I love this city. I literally have done everything that I can. I mean, this situation is crazy. It’s something that I don’t think can be fixed,” Harden Said before leaving the podium without answering any questions.

After all that, Rockets coach Stephen Silas decided that it would be best if James Harden stays away from the team. Harden was not present at Rockets practice today.
“We felt that it was best for the group and best for James not to come to practice,” Silas said.
