Fan Who Called for Anthony Lynn to be Fired Celebrates His Firing

The Los Angeles Chargers fired Head Coach Anthony Lynn yesterday. No one was happier about the firing than a Twitter user who’s been calling for him to fired all season long. It was black Monday in the NFL, and six coaches got axed, Lynn being one of them.

Chargers fired Anthony Lynn this morning, per source. Two seasons ago, Lynn led the Chargers to a 12-4 record, then this year they finished 7-9, winning their last four games, giving him a 33-31 record in LA.

Chargers now become the sixth NFL team to have a head coach opening.

Just wanted to add that I think Lynn is a genuinely great person and an awesome leader, but it just wasn’t working out with him as our coach. I hope he’s successful wherever he goes from here #BoltUp
