Chris Paul Did Not Shake Hands After the Bucks Won NBA Title

Sometimes losing can be tough. Following the Milwaukee Bucks’ 105-98 win in Game 6 of the NBA Finals, 16 year veteran Chris Paul could be seen heading straight for the tunnel and locker room as the clock ticked down to zeros. The ABC on ESPN broadcast focused in on Paul, who had reached his first NBA Finals in his 16-year career, as he made his way up the tunnel while the celebration played out on the court.

Most of CP3’s teammates did remain on the court to shake hands with some of the Bucks players before following Paul, but Paul’s exit had a lot of people thinking about LeBron James leaving the court without shaking hands following the 2018 Finals loss to Golden State.

Following the game, Paul made sure to let everyone know that he had no plans to retire.

And that he plans to get back to work to chase his first title.

Paul isn’t getting any younger, and his skills are definitely on the decline. This may have been his one and only shot.
