Matthew, Kelly Stafford Buy Two L.A. Homes From Major Celebrity

Why buy one home when you can buy two?

Super Bowl winning Q Matthew Stafford and his wife, Kelly Stafford, have purchased two homes from singer Drake for $11 million. The two adjacent homes went for $5 million and $6 million each. The first home includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms in addition to other amenities such as a pizza oven and a heated pool.

The property also features a guest house. The second home comes with a brick fireplace and a private horse trail.

Early this year, Drake listed 3 side-by-side LA properties for $22.5 million.

Stafford has purchased three homes in the celeb-filled Hidden Hills area. Stafford recently signed a four-year, $160 million contract extension with the Rams.

Not the best time to be buying property but I don’t think it matters all that much to the Staffords.

The trick is to buy low, sell high, but in this market it’s buy high, sell for even higher, hopefully.
