Giannis Antetokounmpo, LeBron James Lead the Way on NBA2k Ratings As Top Overall Players Released for 2K23

The NBA season is right around the corner.

It’s that time of the year again, the NBA is gearing up for another go around, and the players are preparing for the battle ahead. With a brand new NBA season comes a brand new NBA 2K video game. As September continues to move at light speed, the time has come for the annual release of the immensely popular basketball video game, and player rankings have been listed on the official website. As you can guess, the usual suspects are on top of the list.

The ratings can, and will change as the NBA season progresses, but for now this is the top players list.  Not too many surprises, and they definitely showed LeBron plenty of respect with his rating. Giannis is still on top of the heap,  which makes sense.

Heading into last season LeBron was not happy with Steph’s rating.

Steph Curry is once again a 96, this coming after a year where he won another NBA Championship and Finals MVP.  LeBron meanwhile is coming off a season where the Lakers missed the playoffs.
