Veteran Defensive Lineman Derek Wolfe Rips the NFL Over COVID Protocols

The NFL continues to chug on despite an ongoing world pandemic.  The Ravens are the latest team to shut down their facility, as players and coaches have tested positive for Coronavirus.

But the NFL  is still expecting them to play this Thanksgiving night in their marquee matchup against the Steelers.  One player who is not feeling the NFL’s protocol is veteran defensive lineman Derek Wolfe.

He took to Twitter to display his displeasure.

There have been over 10 positive tests for the Ravens since their Sunday game against the Titans. One option according to Ian Rapoport would be for the Ravens to fly out on the day of the game.

Not sure why they haven’t moved the game to Sunday, but we kind of know why,  the almighty dollar.  That’s why all these games are being played, which we’re obviously happy about, because we all need football at a time like this.

That being said, they should really try to at least pretend they care about player safety.
