Sarah Fuller Introduces Vice President Kamala Harris During Inauguration Celebration

We learned earlier in the week that former Vanderbilt kicker Sarah Fuller would be playing a part in Joe Biden’s inauguration celebration tonight. Now, we know how. Fuller made history this year when she became the first woman ever to score a point in a power-five conference.

Sarah Fuller’s story was an inspiration, and she continues to be a voice for women across the nation. As for her role in the inauguration? Fuller had the honor of introducing vice president Kamala Harris. Check it out.

Sarah Fuller shared her excitement to be a part of the celebration on her Twitter earlier in the week.

“It’s an honor to be invited to participate in one of America’s greatest traditions,” Fuller said on Twitter. “This historic inauguration is especially meaningful for American women and girls. The glass ceilings are breaking and it is it time to #LeadLikeAWoman @KamalaHarris @JoeBiden @BidenInaugural.”

Sideaction’s Latest:

It was a fitting role for Sarah Fuller. While she was breaking barriers on the football field, Kamala will now break barriers of her own in the oval office. She is set to become the first woman VP in the history of the United States.

I have a feeling that we haven’t heard the last from Sarah Fuller. She is truly an inspiration.
