Just imagine another 14 years of watching Russell Wilson. A few weeks ago on The Bill Simmons Podcast, Wilson mentioned just how much he spends on his body every year and shared his plans of playing until he’s 45.
When you want to play until you're 45 years old, you're going to want to take care of your body. And @DangeRussWilsonis doing just that.

Now it’s been revealed he spends about a million dollars a year on his body:
Russell Wilson says he wants to play until he's 45 and trains roughly 363 days a year – he takes off Christmas and Thanksgiving 😯 @DangeRussWilson pic.twitter.com/dxCrDmZqob

Wilson signed a 4-year, $140 new money extension in 2019 that included a $65 million signing bonus and $107 million in total guarantees, so dropping $1 million on his body every year isn’t going to hurt his account at all.
A Million a year sounds like a pretty sound investment.
