Kansas City Chiefs Apologize for Running Out of Touchdown Fireworks

Talk about a good problem to have.

With Patrick Mahomes at the helm, and talented receivers like Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill by his side, scoring points isn’t usually a problem for this team.

That’s why it’s hard to believe that GEHA field ran out of touchdown fireworks. Nonetheless, a memo went up on the big screen at GEHA Field apologizing to fans and saying that the touchdown fireworks would be no more.

But seriously, how could the Chiefs have been so unprepared with fireworks?

Prior to this game, the Chiefs had three games this season where they scored 40+ points.

The Chiefs also ran out of fireworks on January 12th, 2020. It was the AFC Divisional Round against the Houston Texans where Kansas City scored 51 points as they eventually went on to win the Super Bowl.

Somebody let the person in charge of fireworks know to order more. It’s not that difficult.
