Charles Barkley Throws Hilarious Dig At James Harden Following The Trade To Philly

Charles Barkley isn’t  holding back any punches after James Harden was traded on Thursday afternoon.

Just before the Trade Deadline, Sixers president of basketball ops, Daryl Morey, pulled off a last-second blockbuster — trading disgruntled point guard Ben Simmons (along with Seth Curry and picks) for Harden.

Charles Barkley was speaking on the trade on “Inside The NBA” on Thursday night, when he made a wisecrack about how now that James Harden has been traded, he’ll suddenly declare himself healthy.

“He got traded he’s healthy now,” Barkley said about Harden.

The entire TNT crew couldn’t hold it together after Charles Barkley’s pointed diss to James Harden. But at the end of the day, Harden’s the one who got the trade he wanted.

All season long, Harden has been struggling with his shooting. And reports started surfacing that he’s been fed up with Kyrie Irving’s vaccination situation as well as other drama in Brooklyn.

Now, James Harden will join Joel Embiid in Sixers. And anything less than a title will be considered a failure.
