NFL Spokesman Reacts to Deshaun Watson Settling 20 Of 24 Cases

Is Deshaun Watson’s suspension going to be reduced?

It’s being reported by Houston area attorney Tony Buzbee, the lawyer for the plaintiffs in Deshaun Watson’s 24 sexual misconduct cases, that the Cleveland Browns quarterback has reached a settlement with some of his accusers, and now there are only 4 civil lawsuits remaining against the Cleveland Browns QB.

With the NFL set to announce their decision sometime this Summer on whether or not  Deshaun Watson will be suspended, an  NFL spokesperson is commenting on the  latest bit of news. According to the NFL’s Vice President of Communications today’s development will have “no impact” on the league’s disciplinary process.

It’s being reported that the NFLPA is preparing for a big time suspension, and already have their defense in place.

Watson will get suspended for sure, now we’ll have to see if any of these settlements will really matter.
