ESPN analyst Kendrick Perkins is engaging in the beef with Draymond Green.
Earlier in the week, Perkins insinuated that Green was scared to be aggressive and shoot the ball. Being as petty at Draymond is, he of course had something to say to Perkins after the Warriors won the series against the Grizzlies.
âI saw somebody say Iâm scared to shoot the basketball. Scared and me in the same sentence⊠a big ogre on TV talking about what Draymond say ainât the gospel. It is the gospel. What I say is the gospel,â âWhen you say that multiple times on several different segments, you must think what I say the gospel. So, you know, you gotta come out and shut some guys up sometimes.â
"Something came up on my phone earlier. A guy saying I'm scared to shoot the basketball. 'Scared' and 'me' in the same sentence is like brutal. But you got a big ogre on TV saying what Draymond say ain't the gospel."

Kendrick Perkins was quick to clap back at Draymond Green.
âHey Draymond, let me let you in on a little something, man, all that ogre, whatever you say I look like, man, you ainât cute. You ainât handsome, man, you better thank that NBA logo, you better thank Jerry West. Iâve been with my wife since the 10th grade, dime piece before the NBA stuff, so donât get it all twistedâŠ
âHey man, look, I can say whatever the fuck I want to say when I want to say it, and Iâm going to say it. I said that you werenât looking to be aggressive, that you werenât the Draymond of old, yeah you came out there and handled your business tonight, but thinking that Iâm going to shut upâŠyou can miss me with all thatâŠI live boxing, I live wrestling all damn day straight up, I donât give a damn about all that shit you talking about, you crazy as hell if you think youâre going to shut me up.â

Kendrick Perkins and Draymond Green are both not likely to back down from a fight, and we’d expect this beef to continue on for the foreseeable future.
Now, the Warriors will await the winner of today’s Game 7 between the Suns and Mavericks to see who their next opponent in the playoffs will be.
It should be interested to see what Kendrick Perkins has to say on the air about Draymond Green this week.
