Ben Simmons Speaks on Finally Getting to Play With the Nets

Ben Simmons is so close to returning to action.

As we all know by now, Ben Simmons hasn’t played a single game all season long, but he’s scheduled to play in Game 4 of the Nets playoff series against the Celtics.  According to ESPN insider Adrian Wojnarowski, it’s been confirmed, Game 4.

Assuming there are no setbacks.

Ben was asked about how he feels on returning.

“It’s a good challenge. But now I’m looking forward to it – especially playing with these guys,” Simmons told reporters. “I think for me, my IQ’s so high to, you know, play the guys like Kai [Kyrie Irving] and Seth [Curry] and Kev [Kevin Durant]. Just watched them. I know how they play. I know how they want to play.”

Watch Ben explain below:

The Nets currently trail 2-0 in their series with the Celtics so it’s quite possible the Nets will be facing elimination when Ben makes his Nets debut. Interesting timing for his return.

This couldn’t have been the plan all along??
