Alex Rodriguez’s New Girlfriend Shows Off Her Jacked Frame In The Gym

Alex Rodriguez appears to have rebounded from Jennifer Lopez nicely.

After his last relationship ended poorly, A-Rod has been seen around with new fling Kathryne Padgett.

Now, Kathryne Padgett is showing off her fitness prowess. She posted her insane workout regimen to Instagram this week.

“This lift is perfect for when you have access to a gym & plenty of time to train!!” the caption reads. “No cardio after- just 10 min on the stairclimber to warm up.”

Alex Rodriguez has also been seen lifting int he gym in Kathryne Padgett in the past.

Now, it appears the power couple share a mutual interest in exercising, and we’ll see if their relationship will continue to get public attention.
