Mike Trout Responds To Tommy Pham’s Fantasy Football Claim

Mike Trout somehow found himself in the middle of the beef between Joc Pederson and Tommy Pham.

After Pham slapped Pederson prior to a Reds-Giants game over a gif Joc sent in their fantasy football group, it was revealed that Trout was the acting commissioner of the league. And Pham took issue with the way he handled things.

“Trout did a terrible job, man,” Pham said to The Athletic. “Trout’s the worst commissioner in fantasy sports. Because he allowed a lot of shit to go on and he could’ve solved it all.”

On Wednesday, media members caught up with a disinterested Mike Trout and asked him for his take on the Tommy Pham comments.

“Everybody’s competitive,” Trout said via The Spun. “Everyone loves fantasy football, who doesn’t?”

Mike Trout would go on to lament the hard job of commissioner when asked if he plans to step down from the position.

“I haven’t made that decision. I don’t know,” Trout said. “Every commissioner I know always get booed.”

Mike Trout clearly doesn’t want to find himself in the middle of the whole mess between Joc Pederson and Tommy Pham, or at least  he does not want to legitimize the story too much.

Fantasy football can get pretty heated, that’s for sure.
