Deshaun Watson’s Lawyer Speaks On His “Happy Endings” During Massage Sessions

Deshaun Watson isn’t out of the woods just yet.

Earlier in the week, it was revealed that a 24th massage therapist was opening a lawsuit against the Browns quarterback — claiming that she was also assaulted during a session.

When speaking on the matter, Deshaun Watson’s lawyer Rusty Hardin spoke on his sexual encounters during sessions.

“I don’t know how many men are out there now that have had a massage that perhaps occasionally there was a happy ending,” Hardin said. “Maybe there’s nobody in your listening audience that that ever happened to. I do want to point out, if it has happened, it’s not a crime. OK? Unless you are paying somebody extra or so to give you some type of sexual activity, it’s not a crime… Doing something or saying something or being a way that makes you uncomfortable is not a crime.”

After the allegations, Deshaun Watson’s camp delivered a fiery statement, as well.

“Deshaun Watson vehemently denies the allegations, just as he has since she first discussed them with members of our firm in March of last year,” the statement reads. “She repeated the allegations on social media in August and he denied them then. The only thing new about her contentions is the embellishment making them more extreme than prior versions. Deshaun’s denial remains the same.”

We’ll continue to track for any more updates on Deshaun Watson.
