Bill Russell Receives His COVID-19 Vaccination

As the vaccine rollout continues, albeit slowly, some are still hesitant to get the shot. NBA legend Bill Russell is a man who has no problem stepping up to make a difference. The 11 time NBA champion partnered with the NBA on a public service announcement regarding the vaccine.

“This is one shot I won’t block,” he says, reporting no side effects from the vaccine.

The NBA has been extremely proactive in getting the message out to mask up, and maimtain public safety as much as possible. Now it seems it has trickled down, as the number of positives have been non existent as of late.
