WFT, Cheerleaders Reach Settlement Over Lewd Videos

The Washington Football Team continues to try and clean up their image anyway they can. They recently reached a settlement with its former cheerleaders, who appeared in lewd videos made without their knowledge during swimsuit calendar photo shoots in 2008 and 2010.

Meanwhile, the cheerleading program is being put on hold.

However, several cheerleaders told the Washington Post they saw the suspension as retaliation over the video incident.

The NFL continues to investigate the organization’s culture following a series of Washington Post reports last summer.
